Zen Institute is pleased to announce that a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group is now being offered in Tucson. The group will meet three times a week for four weeks. Each session will last one hour.
Participants will learn the four modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
