Alumni Workshop Policies
Registration & Payment
Workshop participation is available exclusively to graduates of Zen Institute programs. Participants may purchase a package of four workshop sessions for $135. Workshop fees are self-pay and are not billed to insurance.
Using Your Sessions
Workshop sessions may be used at any time and do not need to be attended consecutively. Participants are welcome to attend the topics that are most relevant to their interests and goals.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be deducted from your workshop package. Missed workshops or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the workshop will count as one session.
Zen Institute Cancellation Policy
Zen Institute reserves the right to cancel a workshop if fewer than three participants are registered. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will not be deducted from their workshop package.
Group Participation
The Continuing Care Workshops are designed to provide education, reflection, and support in a group setting. Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment for all attendees.
Confidentiality
To help create a safe and trusting space, participants agree to respect the privacy of fellow attendees and keep personal information shared during workshops confidential.
Clinical Services
The Continuing Care Workshops are not a substitute for individual therapy, crisis intervention, or a higher level of care. If additional support is needed, participants may be encouraged to seek individual counseling or other appropriate services.
